Birmingham Half Marathon

We have 3 crazy people running for their lives..... oops I mean running to help the greys!  Shiran who is a volunteer at Daybreaks and Mark who has homed a grey from Daybreaks are taking part in the Birmingham Half Marathon on 24th October.

Meanwhile - crazy Ross Weston is taking part in a whopping 20 runs between April and December 2010 to raise money also. 

If you log onto the links below you can support these guys on line.  Shiran and Ross are raising money for Perry Barr RGT and Mark is raising for RGT HQ.
