Webb's Garden Centre Family Fun Weekend
Saturday 11 Jul 2009
Updated: Friday 26 Jun
A Family Fun weekend at Webb's Garden Centre, fun for everyone and our Greyhound Awareness Roadshow
We will be at Webb's Garden Centre for the weekend with our trailer from 10.00.am until 4.00pm. Come and meet our delightful greys and our dedicated team of volunteers.
If you are thinking about adopting a greyhound there will be plenty of information available.
Pop along for a visit to see the greyhounds available for homing at our Daybreaks Kennels.
We pride ourselves for our after care service. We have a dedicated team of experienced volunteers who will be at the end of a phone for advice whilst your greyhound settles in to its new home.
For details telephone Pam 07714574527
For our Insurance purposes and to abide by Webb's rules we are retricted to the number of dogs attending this event, only pre arranged greyhounds are allowed. If you are thinking of coming along to see us please do not bring your own grey along. Many thanks

It was wonderful to meet Emma and Pam at Webbs and meet Sadie and the other greys. We had a great time chatting to you both and petting the lovely Sadie. Sadly Dad couldn't make it, as you know, but I've made sure my Mum will drag him along to Mell Square on the 1st.
Hopefully I'll be able to pop down with my Mum one day and see you all again.
It was lovely to meet you and your pretty greys!!

What a lovely day! Lots of people were interested in our gorgeous greys, but hardly surprising as they were all on their best behaviour and doing what do they best - lying down and enjoying the attention. Lovely little Sadie (Shiran) was able to shatter the myth that all retired greys are oldies who don't like cats - she's my 2 year old tiny grey who loves to curl up with our 2 cats!

The whole family is going to pop along and see you.
We're praying you can persuade our Dad to agree to getting one, you've been amazing at the last few attempts.
He seems to be budging slightly, so maybe a few words from you and he'll agree!
Hope the weather stays as lovely as it is at the moment!

Hi Amy It was lovely to meet you and your family here today. Lets hope you can persuade your dad to adopt one of our greys. We also hope you realize your dream of becoming a vet. The animals in your care would certainly have a very caring vet to look after them. Hope to see you at Daybreaks soon.
love Pam and all of our volunteers and greys who were on duty at Webbs.
