Gracechurch Shopping Centre The Mall Sutton Coldfield
Sam and Si will be in The Mall for a Greyhound Awareness Roadshow from 9.00am until 5.00pm. Come and meet our dedicated team of volunteers with their lovely greyhounds. If you are thinking about adopting a greyhound there will be plenty of information available.
There will also be some special easter games to play, including a guest appearance by Freda the hen
If you are able to come along and help raise awareness with your grey, please get in touch with Sam on 07739 043150 or via sam.allin@rgtperrybarr.co.uk as we are limited to how many people and dogs we can have with our stand

And more thank yous to Stan for standing in the cold for the whole morning rattling a tin and Roger for helping at the start and end of the day. We have finally thawed out with a little liquid help!

A Huge huge huge thankyou to all the greys- Star, Rolo, Zak, Gladys, Buddy, Neve, Harrison, Woody, Blue, Dingo, Toby & Jo, for helping out at Sutton Coldfield and for bringing your hooman pets to talk about how great you greys are. We raised an amazing £753.77!!!! We also spoke to loads of interested folk about possible homings!!! Buddy & Dingo your first roadshows, heres to many many more you were both brilliant. Rolo & Star had fun at Sutton meet & greet today. Hope loads of funds were raised & spoke to lots of people promoting the breed with some genuine interest in adopting a hound. Easter sweets were a real hit with the shoppers. Star even sniffed the nose of a Yorkshire terrier (amazing). Took them both to Walsall for a walk when Star tried to sniff the nose of a swan but the swan told her off! Both now fed & watered & ready to snuggle on the sofa for the night. Will probably see you at Aldridge as Star clearly loves meeting people.
